“Technology is a Prism Held Up to the Imagination: A Vision of Reality for Gov 2.0 Looking Forward” (May 25, 2010). As an invited speaker at the O’Reilly Gov2.0 Summit and Expo, Rita J. King spoke about the responsibility and vision that technology provides for a Gov2.0 world. ‘The misperception that “digital, virtual and augmented reality” aren’t real, or should be stovepiped into new categories, is one of the most considerable obstacles standing in the way of success in the new global reality. Because ecosystems arise from the realities in which they are created, it is of critical importance that the digital culture and all it encompasses not be perceived as separate from the real world.’
